Shipping How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, shipping usually takes 8 to 12 days within South Africa. We always aim to get your jacket to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within South Africa, but we're working on bringing ThermaCore to more countries soon.
Care Are the jackets machine washable?
Yes! Our heated puffer jackets are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but always remove the battery pack before washing.
Power How do I charge the jacket?
The jackets use a standard USB-compatible battery pack. Simply plug it in, charge fully, and enjoy hours of adjustable warmth.
Power How long does the battery last on a single charge?
On the lowest heat setting, a full charge lasts up to 8 hours. On the highest setting, expect around 3 to 4 hours of consistent warmth.
Heat Can I adjust the heat settings?
Absolutely! Each jacket comes with 3 customizable heat settings, so you can control the level of warmth for maximum comfort.
Weather Are the jackets suitable for all weather conditions?
Yes, our jackets are windproof, water-repellent, and insulated, keeping you warm and dry in cold, rainy, or windy conditions.
Fit What sizes are available?
ThermaCore jackets are unisex and run true to size from S to 3XL. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra room to layer.
Returns What's your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unworn, unwashed jackets in their original packaging. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll sort out a return or exchange.
